Deposits and Payments

The total cost of this program is $4,700. An early-bird rate of $4,450 is available for fees paid in full by Dec 1, or $4,225 for those who register with a friend. For those who wish to have their own room in the hotels and vacation homes, there is a single supplement of $400.

A $500, nonrefundable deposit is due with this application. $2,400 is due Dec 12, and the remainder is due January 5, 2011. Please let us know if you would like to arrange a different payment plan.

Cancellation Policy

We will be making nonrefundable deposits for the trip expenses, and we cannot refund payments except according to the following cancellation policy.

  • For cancellations before Dec 12, all but the $500 deposit will be returned.
  • For cancellations between Dec 12 and Jan 5, 70% of the full cost will be returned.
  • For cancellations between Jan 5 and Feb 1, 50% of the full cost will be returned.
  • For cancellations made after Feb 1st, no refunds can be made, even for emergencies or medical conditions.
